Preference will be given to a candidate who has a recognized professional qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Chemical) and more than 3 years industrial experience after professional qualifications in addition to the postgraduate qualifications required for the post of Senior Lecturer in Engineering. Major responsibility is to arrange, coordinate, supervise and assess industrial training of undergraduates.  In addition, teaching and research works need to be carried out at a relevant department where he/she will be later attached.

Application forms and other particulars for the above posts could be obtained by post from the Assistant Registrar (Academic Establishments) by sending a self addressed stamped envelope 22 cm x 10 cm in size or personally calling over at the Office of Assistant Registrar (Academic Establishments) during work hours up to 18th March 2011.

* Application forms and particulars (specifications) for the above posts could be down loaded from the University Web Site of www.ruh.ac.lk.

The title of the post should be indicated on the top, left hand corner of the envelope. Applications which do not confirm to these requirements, incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will be rejected without intimation.
