Fifth Academic Sessions and the Fourth Vice Chancellor's Awards Ceremony
 
The Fifth Academic Sessions and the Fourth Vice Chancellor's Awards Ceremony will be held on 5th March 2008 at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences under the broad theme "Research for sustainable development and social integration" with the kind participation, as the chief guest, of Professor Carlo Fonseka. Concurrently, the awarding ceremony of emeritus professorships to retired professors of the University of Ruhuna will also take place.
