University is poised to celebrate its Silver Jubilee in a grand scale
under
a
fitting theme "A New Era of Expanding Intellectual Horizons from Ruhuna".
The celebrations, among other things, will include an exhibition and a cultural
festival, offering a breathtakingly wide range of novel and fascinating
programmes and activities of great value and relevance to everybody irrespective
of the age, level of education, profession etc
University of Ruhuna, the premier educational institution in the
South of Sri Lanka, is
completing 25 years of dedicated service to the nation, in September 2003.
