Vacancy on Assignment Basis

Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Ruhuna.

Applications will be called from suitably qualified persons for the following post in the Faculty of Graduate Studies No 115, Sri Dharmarama Mawata, Fort - Matara.

1 Programmer cum System Analyst

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. A B.Sc. Special Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other computer-related field from a recognized university.
   Or
2. A B.Sc. General Degree with Computing as a subject component from a recognized university.
   And
3. A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is compulsory.
4. Must be no older than 35 years of age.

Salary scale Rs 70,000.00 per month(fixed)

Note: Preferences will be given to candidates with experiences in developing and maintaining Management Information Systems of web-based applications in student administration at recognize university or any other related institute.

2 Trainee Programmer cum System Analyst

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
   Or
2. Third or final-year undergraduate students enrolled in a degree program relevant to the fields mentioned above.
   And
3. Must be no older than 30 years of age.
4. A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role is compulsory.

Salary: Rs. 65,000.00 per month (fixed).

Note: Preferences will be given to candidates with experiences in developing and maintaining Management Information Systems of web-based applications in student administration at recognize university or any other related institute.

3 Management Assistant

Applicant should be fulfilled all the following qualifications

1. Pass all three subjects in one sitting at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
2. Credit passes in Sinhala Language, Mathematics, and English Language/English Literature at the G.C.E. (O/L) examination.
3. Successful completion of a course relevant to computer application packages with a minimum duration of 3 months.
4. One year of experience in using computer application packages.
5. Must be no older than 30 years of age.

Salary: Rs. 50,000.00 (fixed).
